We join the Most Reverend Florentino G. Lavarias, D.D. and the presbyterium of Pampanga for the Chrism Mass 2025, at which the Holy Chrism is consecrated and the oils are blessed. This is also a manifestation of the communion of the priests with the bishop in the same priesthood and ministry of Christ.*
The Mass will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 8:30 am at the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Fernando.

The mortal remains of Fr. Sahagun are currently at the Saint Michael, the Archangel Parish in Anao, Pampanga and will stay until the early morning of March 6, 2025.
A Requiem Mass will be held at the Holy Rosary Parish in Sto. Rosario, Angeles City, Pampanga, on March 6, 2025, at 8:30 A.M.
The interment will subsequently take place at the Pampanga Clergy Common Burial Grounds, Holy Mary Memorial Park, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Trusting in the Lord’s promise of eternal life, the Archdiocese of San Fernando announces the passing of REVEREND FATHER PABLO LAPIRA SAHAGUN today, 27th of February 2025.
Born on June 26, 1964, Fr. Sahagun was ordained to the priesthood on April 7, 1994. He has served as a parish priest in various parishes, was appointed as the alternate vicar forane of the Blessed Trinity Vicariate in 2017, and functioned as a chaplain to archdiocesan schools.
Let us pray for the eternal repose of his soul and all souls in purgatory.
